Dr. David A. Barbie is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Thoracic Oncologist at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He is also a co-director of the DFCI Belfer Center. His research focuses on novel approaches to targeted therapy for KRAS-driven lung cancer, and development of ex vivo approaches to guide precision cancer immunotherapy.
