Djøra Soeteman, PhD, MsC

Dr. Djøra I. Soeteman is affiliated faculty in the Center for Health Decision Science at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research is centered in decision science, comparative effectiveness research, and health economics. She has over 10 years of experience in developing decision-analytic models to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of healthcare interventions in multiple disease areas including mental health (personality disorders, depression), breast cancer, HIV/AIDS, and cardiovascular disease. Dr. Soeteman serves as an associate director of the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training (GCSRT) program, Foundations of Clinical Research (FCR) program, and the Semmelweis Clinical Science Scholars (CSS) program of the Harvard Medical School. She is currently teaching in several Harvard Medical School Postgraduate Medical Education programs and enjoys mentoring students and trainees in the methods of clinical research, decision science, and cost-effectiveness research.
