Caren G. Solomon, MD, MPH
Caren Solomon, MD, MPH is a deputy editor at the New England Journal of Medicine, where she oversees content relating to fossil fuel pollution and climate change, original articles related to women’s health and neonatal medicine, 2 case series (Clinical Problem Solving cases and Interactive Medical cases), and review articles in the Clinical Practice series. Dr. Solomon is an associate professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She frequently lectures on manuscript writing and publication, as well as on climate change and health. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Medical School and holds an MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine and fellowship in endocrinology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
